It’s fair to say that there haven’t been a lot of exciting things to come out of our ongoing struggle with the coronavirus. As the situation in the United States continues to escalate, automakers find themselves in dire straits. With production facilities shut down and customers isolated for their safety, companies have turned to their financial arms in an attempt to attract buyers. Ford is the most recent to announce such a deal, and it happens to apply to the Roush Mustang lineup.
Fast performance announced in a post on its Facebook page that Ford Credit is offering 0% financing for 84 months on a number of remaining 2019 Roush Performance vehicles. These models include almost the entire Roush Mustang range as well as a long list of Rush trucks. Ford is not the first U.S. automaker to offer such a financing deal in these troubling times, as General Motors has announced a seven year loan Last week. The Blue Oval deal runs until March 31, although it is not available in all regions.
Spring is usually a good time for car enthusiasts, as the good weather prompts us to take the toys out of hibernation. This year, however, things certainly look a little different. Despite the need for all of us to take this quarantine situation seriously, going out in the car is a great way to get away from it all. These great deals may have come to us due to some pretty horrific circumstances, but they are hard to come by nonetheless.
